This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling your Wittro subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to the Services.

1.1 How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription in one of the following ways:

  1. From your account settings: Log in to your Wittro account, navigate to "Subscription" in your account settings, and click on "Cancel Subscription".
  2. Contact customer support: Email us at support@wittro.com with your cancellation request, including the email address associated with your account.

2. Effects of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods after your cancellation.
  • You will lose access to the Services once your current billing period ends.
  • Any data associated with your account may be retained according to our Privacy Policy, but you will no longer have access to it after your subscription ends.

2.1 Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, we may be able to restore your previous account data, though this is not guaranteed.
