Wittro ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the Wittro desktop application and provides related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and Wittro, governing your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by downloading, installing, registering for an account, or accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW AND LICENSE TERMS

1.1 Description of Services

Wittro provides an AI-powered desktop application that assists with interviews preparation. The Services include both free and premium subscription offerings, with the free version providing limited functionality. Wittro observes your screen to generate contextually relevant assistance but does not control your computer or make decisions on your behalf. Wittro does not record or process audio.

1.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Wittro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal interviews preparation. Your right to use the Services is conditional upon your compliance with these Terms. You shall not modify, distribute, sell, lease, loan, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof. The Services are licensed, not sold, to you.

2. USER ACCOUNTS AND PAYMENT

2.1 Account Registration

You must create an account ("User Account") to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities under your User Account.

2.2 Payment Terms

Our service is priced at $9.99/19.99 USD per month. The subscription includes full access to Wittro, automatic updates and new features, and customer support. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider on a recurring basis until you cancel.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE AND RESTRICTIONS

3.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the software.
  • Use the Services for any illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
  • Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use the Services to cheat on examinations, tests, or assignments that forbid external assistance.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content generated using our Services is owned by you. The software, branding, and infrastructure remain our intellectual property. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. Any breach of our intellectual property rights constitutes a material breach of these Terms and terminates your right to use the Services immediately.

5. LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITTRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WITTRO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

5.3 Arbitration Agreement

All claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Arbitration is individual; no class arbitration or representative proceedings.
